Position: Remote Support
Technician I
Starting Salary: $400 - $480,
plus billable hours bonus, per week, depending on experience.
Description: The Remote Support Technician I handles inbound customer calls, provides technical support via RGV Helpdesk support tools, answers questions for prospective contract clients and signs up new contract clients.
Requirements: Applicants for the Remote Support Technician I position should posses a high school diploma or Equivalent and the following:

$480 - $560, plus billable hours bonus, per week depending
on experience.
Description: The On-Site Support Technician I provides both remote and on-site customer support using RGV Helpdesk remote support tools and on-site technical support. On-Site technicians must have a professional presentation, and outstanding client management skills.
Requirements: On-Site Support Technician I applicants must possess a high school diploma (Associates degree is preferred) and at least one current industry certification (MCP, A+ or better). The ideal candidate will be ready for immediate field deployment upon completion of company orientation. You should be comfortable handling support calls via phone, and resolving basic computer problems in a variety of client office environments.
